Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Insurance Agent's Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our insurance services and providing essential support to our busy agent.
Responsibilities:
- Generate daily reports and maintain accurate records.
- Run various errands for the agent, both personal and business-related.
- Assist with scheduling personal trips and managing the agent's calendar.
- Conduct research tasks to support business operations.
- Provide administrative support for insurance-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Compensación: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
